Heat ghee in a pan.
Add broken seviyan and roast on medium heat till golden. Stir frequently.
Add chopped - almonds, cashews, pistachios and raisins. Mix well.
Lower heat, add milk and stir for 2 to 3 minutes. You can also add water, instead of milk.
Add sugar and keep stirring the mixture.
Add milk powder and mix well.
Add cardamom powder and stir to mix.
The mixture will start thickening and the seviyan will also begin to absorb the milk. When all the milk has been absorbed, switch off the heat.
