Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup granulated sugar


Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.
In a separate large bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, vegetable oil, eggs, vanilla extract, and sugar until smooth.
Gradually stir the dry ingredients into the pumpkin mixture until just combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 60-70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Allow the pumpkin bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
