Pistachio Pineapple Cake


1 box (18.25 oz) yellow cake mix
1 package (3.4 oz) instant pistachio pudding mix
4 large eggs
1 cup crushed pineapple (with juice)
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup chopped pistachios (optional)
Whipped cream or cream cheese frosting, for topping
Maraschino cherries, for garnish (optional)

Directions :
1- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
2- In a large mixing bowl, combine the yellow cake mix, instant pistachio pudding mix, eggs, crushed pineapple (with juice), and vegetable oil. Stir until well combined.
3- If desired, fold in the chopped pistachios for added texture and flavor.
4- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
5- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
6- Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool completely in the pan.
7- Once cooled, top the cake with whipped cream or cream cheese frosting. You can also decorate it with maraschino cherries for a pop of color.
