Philly Cheesesteak Sliders Recipe

Ingredients:
1 pound thinly sliced steak (such as ribeye or sirloin)
12 slider buns
1 large onion, thinly sliced
1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
8 ounces provolone cheese, sliced
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:
1- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

2- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the thinly sliced steak, onions, and green bell peppers. Sauté until the steak is cooked to your desired level of doneness and the vegetables are softened.

3- Stir in Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat.

4-Split the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves on a baking sheet. Layer the steak and vegetable mixture on the buns, and top with slices of provolone cheese.

5- Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

6- Remove from the oven and place the top halves of the slider buns on the cheese.

7- Serve the Philly Cheesesteak Sliders warm and enjoy the savory combination of tender steak, sautéed onions and peppers, and melted provolone cheese.
