Ingredients:
4 medium-sized potatoes, washed and thinly sliced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
1- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2- In a large bowl, toss the thinly sliced potatoes with olive oil, dried rosemary, dried thyme, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Ensure all potato slices are coated evenly with the herb mixture.
3- Arrange the seasoned potato slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. You may need to use multiple baking sheets or bake in batches, depending on the size of your baking sheet.
4- Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until the potato slices turn golden brown and crispy. Flip them halfway through baking to ensure even crispness.
5- Once the potato crisps are done, remove them from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
