Ingredients:
1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup powdered sugar, for dusting
Instructions:
1- Preheat your oven to the temperature specified on the crescent roll dough package.
2- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and well combined.
3- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into individual triangles.
4- Place a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture onto the wide end of each triangle. Gently roll up the dough, starting from the wide end, and tuck the edges underneath to secure the filling.
5- Place the filled crescent rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them apart.
6- Bake according to the instructions on the crescent roll dough package, usually around 10-12 minutes or until the rolls turn golden brown.
7- Remove from the oven and let the cheesecake crescent rolls cool for a few minutes. Dust them with powdered sugar before serving.
