Banana Pudding Lush Cake

Ingredients:
For the crust:
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

For the cream cheese layer:
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For the banana pudding layer:
2 boxes (3.4 ounces each) instant banana pudding mix
4 cups milk

For the whipped cream layer:
2 cups heavy cream
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For garnish:
Sliced bananas
Vanilla wafer cookies

Instructions:
1- In a medium bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish to form the crust.

2- In a separate mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and continue beating until creamy and well blended. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the crust.

3- In another bowl, whisk together the instant banana pudding mix and milk until thickened. Pour the banana pudding mixture over the cream cheese layer, spreading it out evenly.

4- In a chilled bowl, whip the heavy cream until it begins to thicken. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and continue whipping until stiff peaks form. Spread the whipped cream over the banana pudding layer.

5- Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, to allow the flavors to meld together and the cake to set.

6- Just before serving, garnish the Banana Pudding Lush Cake with sliced bananas and vanilla wafer cookies.
