Ingredients:
2 pounds crab legs
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Lemon wedges, for serving
Melted butter, for dipping
Instructions:
1- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2- Place the crab legs in a baking dish or on a baking sheet lined with foil.
3- In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to make the butter sauce.
4- Drizzle the butter sauce over the crab legs, making sure to coat them evenly.
5- Bake the crab legs in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until they are heated through.
6- Remove the crab legs from the oven and transfer them to a serving platter.
7- Serve the baked crab legs with lemon wedges and melted butter on the side for dipping.
