2 pounds chicken wings
1 cup barbecue sauce
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup soy sauce (optional, for added flavor)
1- Place the chicken wings in a slow cooker.
2- In a bowl, mix together the barbecue sauce, honey, and soy sauce (if using) until well combined.
3- Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken wings, making sure they are evenly coated.
4- Cover the slow cooker and cook on low heat for 4-6 hours, or on high heat for 2-3 hours, until the wings are cooked through and tender.
5- Once cooked, you can optionally transfer the wings to a baking sheet and broil them for a few minutes to achieve a crispy texture.
6- Serve the deliciously saucy and flavorful Crockpot BBQ Wings as an appetizer or main dish. You can garnish them with chopped green onions or sesame seeds for added flair.
